The Crit with Fred

This went surprisingly well.
Basically.... 
Brief 1 (Séarlait) expand so it is two: branding & full typeface use.
Brief 3 - Hunter Gatherer, make full use of illustrations and use colour.
Brief 2 (Hannah), Brief 5 (Fashion Yearbook) and Brief 7 (Mosses Centre) Finish them for next week making sure when Inhand in they look consistently branded in a pack.
Brief 4 - DRUGS use colour. Going to make this a significant brief
Brief 6 - Context could be posters..... but I want to make a book. 

Finish Brief 1, 2, 5, 7 for next week, so I can focus on Brief 3, 4 and 6

Speaking to Kareen

With two weeks left I have A LOT to do. Needless to say I'm stressing out a bit. So I went to see Kareen a member of staff who helps to organise students.
She helped me with my online presence... but mainly a list and dates with deadlines of when everything MUST be completed.

The New re-written briefs and Rough Timescale

I know now my briefs content and the outcomes I must produce, so it made sense to update my briefs and plan my time. I'm excited to start now. 

At the moment I am working on the 2 branding briefs including Design Context and PPD, alongside Dissertation (when I need too). I will also research publication design, interactivity and education. The education and ISTD brief will involve a lot of research, but as Fred said I will have to design along side my research so I am not separating them again (like I did with my Taxidermy brief).
